This was similar. It was a couple with a massive 5* tudor house. It was all four poster beds, egyptian cotton, luxurious sitting rooms and all that. Then they rated everyone down for having poor facilities compared to them
The bitchy woman was from a bog standard 4 bed terrace where they'd turned three rooms into B&B rooms. The rooms were tiny and they had no public areas to sit in. The woman who owned it, thought it was amazing though and went ballistic when people said it was too small and there were no chairs to sit and relax in.

Its been happening over the last 3 years, bad appointments and poorly run from with-in. Things need to change and fast.
