If i were a billionaire sunderland would be one of the 1st clubs id be looking at. Other than the 1st team the entire setup is there for top level success. 50k stadium, academy, facilities on site of stadium, training ground setup, low cost of purchase compared to premier / championship club.

Could even buyout all the land around the ground as well.
