Current season ticket holders gain 1 loyalty point per eligible match ticket purchased, typically these include away league and cup games, home cup games, all friendlies. Points were based on current season and previous 3 seasons where points from the oldest season would be culled at the start of each new season. With the general debacle of the move to Ticket Master there has been no points cull this season, hence points this season are for the current season and the previous 4 seasons.

How much is this ticket fiasco down to Ticketmaster...only asking because I was a bit dubious about their "partnership" with SAFC when it was introduced pre-Wembley. Although many on here at the time claimed it to be beneficial for the club and fans..No evidence of that happening yet...

TM would have to manually adjust everyone’s account individually to take points off from 4 seasons ago

Points for life now unless something can be run to cull em next season

Nothing really all we’re doing is using their technology, SAFC to is still responsible for daily management
 
Peterborough showing as no tickets available for everyone? I didn't realise until this morning that they'd gone on sale cos away tickets have disappeared off the eticketing front page.

Saw them yesterday for 50+ points... logged on this morning and theyve gone.... was hopeful of not having to get a ticket through the Peterborough branch just seems strange that theyve all gone
EDIT: just updated to 30+ points..

Think they take the awsy tickets off the site once the ticket office is closed
 
Having no trouble finding tickets but unable to assign a ticket to someone with 45 points, ie in the 30+ points category... anyone else having this problem?

Has he had a ticket assigned to him by someone else or actually bought one himself

I reckon this is the issue - they've not reduced the points threshold this morning. I'm on 35 and it won't let me buy either.

Checked for u and you’re probably right, tried a dummy run to buy for my grandson, on 42 points and it says doesn’t meet criteria but it let me buy for myself, 52 points, an hour ago
