VAR needs sorting out like. It's an absolute disgrace in its current state.

This and ruling out goals for offside due to a hairs width. What happened to clear and obvious?

VAR is a great tool aswell however its being used by numpties desperate to make it look great by checking every single thing when really it should be for blatant things missed or 50/50 calls like penalties/red card challenges

This was always going to be the case with VAR, some people like it, I f#cking detest it with a passion.
A poll of fans at the end of the season would be interesting to see, it’s not going away and I don’t like t either unless they start getting things right and being consistent with it

Actually feel sorry for the refs when decisions like that are made away from the game. They get all the fallout in the immediate aftermath.

I’m actually getting quite angry at that. It’s not like they gained any advantage from the ball brushing his arm.
Got the to feel for the City fans.

If Jesus' shot was blocked and then someone smashed it in from 25 yards, would the goal stand or not? How far "removed" from the goal does the offence have to be?

Funnily enough THAT was the exact same example I was thinking of.

Was bad enough them having the refs and Linesman in their pockets 8 times out of 10 now they'll have some FA stooge in a Booth miles away calling every decision to go their way.

Make no mistake (and I would say this if it was Utd/Chelsea/Arsenal) etc challenging City the FA will/do not want City monopolizing the league as it's bad for their business/PL glamour - expect a few decisions like that to go against City this year whilst a certain other team gets the rub of the green as per.
