2ND ASHES TEST: LORDS

Not so much that that's the worry as the fact that he reviewed and walked at the same time. Contradictory decisions that in any other scenario other than concussion simply wouldn't happen.

I didn't see it that way, I saw it as him being 90% possibly more certain that he was out, but then as they had two reviews and only tailenders left it was worth reviewing just incase it was creeping over. After all, he asked Cummins about the height.
England bowlers once again have done well getting Australia 250 all out. Really good job.

They have, but its the time its taken rather than the runs they scored which is the problem.

Hadn't considered that. Suppose it's possible but I'll always err on the pessimistic side where behaviour is involved if someone been hit on the head

Orrrr. He might have knew he was the last stand and reviewed it spur of the moment then realised hes not only wasting his time but everyone elses?

Hes been okd by medical professionals to go back.on so ill assume hes fine like

I think unless we're skittled for sub-100 (not impossible with our batting) the convicts will have a tricky total to chase, especially as our bowlers now look to have a bit of confidence about them after watching Archer rough them up.

We have to be positive and try to win it now, can't just tick over to a draw.

Any chance of a broken arm for Smith?? Whilst I don't wish ill on him, being ruled out of the rest of the series is about the only way I see us winning the Ashes.....

Still early days but not sure the Roy experiment is working. However all of the openers are having a torrid time (bar Burns i hope...) in this series so deserves more time.

Oh dear...
