It's there to clear up any doubts, and it was WRONG. Think we need a panel to make decision on VAR

I'm all for VAR but to let play carry on then signal offside when the ball goes out is stupid, if it's clearly offside then the linesman/woman should be able to signalIt's there to clear up any doubts, and it was WRONG. Think we need a panel to make decision on VAR
