Got more than i thought we would after Moeen was out. I think we would have all taken a 90 run lead at the start of the innings considering how we have been batting lately.
He must have known Jimmy wasn't fit and shouldn't really have been out there, seems like the perfect license to tee off and try to add another 20-30 runs quickly.

When are we going to learn you can never take your foot off the gas playing Australia? Even after losing two sessions on the spin, they can come back and win the third.

We didn't take our foot off the gas. The Aussies did well. Perhaps the Aussies didn't put their foot on the gas until they were 8 wickets down.
