Honeyman to Hull?

Because it's pretty obvious on the pitch who's a leader and who isn't. Cattermole was the leader last year of that team. He's the one who you could visibly see motivating the team, speaking to the referee when necessary and generally leading from the front. Honeyman has passion but hid at times. Good captains don't hide.

Jack Ross knowing him better than us means fuck all. He sees the team in training more than us, so should we not question his tactics or selection?
So even though Jack Ross works with him most days, knows him better, knows his strengths, capabilities and personality and you see him play football every fortnight from a distance, you are the better judge of whether or not he is suitable for the job. Yes your entitled to your opinion but I'm not taking any notice of it.

Not convinced by that mind. I know it’s on a few websites but he looks taller. Suspect it’s a similar deal to those that said Charlie Wyke was only 5’10”

As for Honeyman, it’s the right time. He was used poorly by Ross last season but doesn’t have a natural role in this 3-4-3. If we’ve opened up a squad space I’d be making sure we get a left sided centre half with pace now. Not exactly one to set the pulse racing but it’s the position that would improve us most right now.
I haven't a clue how tall he is man, it just seems to crop up often
I have stood next to him plenty. Would say he is definitely taller than 5.9.
You're wrong

Wish him all the best, good lad who cares about the club. Wrong decision to give him the captains armband last season, Ross made it hard to drop him. Don’t think Honeyman ever created enough to be a number 10, but do think he would have been better playing deeper.

£400k for someone in their last year is a decent fee at this level. Good luck to the lad.

400.000, low fee, when you look at some of the fees being knocked about currently.
Still, he never really had what it takes to me. Good lad and all the usual, but no big loss.
