Honeyman to Hull?

As long as he's not captain with an automatic start, I'd keep him as a squad player. That said, £3m sounds canny money and come in handy for strengthening.

Nice lad and I don’t think he’s as bad a player as he’s made out to be on here.

However, I don’t think he’ll be missed too much and I don’t think he fits into the new system really.

Wish the bloke well if he goes but it makes sense. I don't think he's anywhere near as bad as people who hate him make out but we can easily lose a centre mid and it would make sense for it to be him.

Not sure if considered but I reckon he's had a couple of decent pay rises over the years. Not mentioned as a high earner, but if you think about it he's probably on 2 or 3 times the wage of the other MF's, except Geads of course who is worth every penny.

Sorry mate, I don't want locals to survive in the team, I want locals who will take us to the next level.

Agreed - but we had shit lazy fuckwits from abroad who have nearly killed the club and made us unwatchable at times. So to have a fella who genuinely meant it when he said he cared was a big step up for me. I was ok with that

I’m very much in the camp of championship football with try hards over premier league football with gravy train half hearters (even though they are better players)

Good luck to him if he makes the move.
Gave 100pc, but just didn't do enough and was totally wasted as a number 10 (Ross' fault).
