Aberdeen drew against a Burnley side fresh from finishing 7th in the prem about a year ago.Congratulations to Connahs Quay, massive for them.
Pointless even commenting on the standard of the Scottish league outside of Celtic and Rangers. Genuinely think we'd come 3rd in that league with this current squad & we're a 3rd division English side.
We got beat 3 nowt off st Johnstone when we were in league one. Why would we finish third?

It's a football forum. Why do you even bother to comment? Away and post on the Newcastle United thread.
The Scottish premier showing just how weak it really is again. Connahs Quay aren't even the best team in the Welsh PL.
Celtic lost to a team from Gibraltar and Rangers lost to a team from Luxembourg. It's all shite

Aw naw, fuckin naw
"I've booked up for Belgrade n'everything"
Connah's Quay can't even play their European home games at their own stadium, they've been having to use Rhyl's Belle Vue due to the number of seats in the ground and UEFA's strict regulations on that, even that only holds about 1700 (seated) I think?
Belle Vue holds 3,000. Went there a few times with Bangor City back in the day. Quite a, erm, 'keenly contested' little derby in its time.
Yeah - thought we had a chance of bouncing straight back to the Premiership. Apart from the result and being patronised after the game by St Johnstone fans it was a good day outThat was pre season in the championship, not league one
