SA probably the only country that has as much passion for all three as us but their football team is wank. Cricket team have a long way to go to reach previous highs as well tbh

He was arguably right. If Stokes hadn't deflected the ball for 6 they'd have won.
The Boult catch that went for 6 too. Fine margins you need in a final.

I also thought McCullam for the most part was magnanimous unlike that wanker Ganguly.
Aye really took commentary into his stride. Shows ganguly and manjrker up to be self serving biased twats and theyve been doing this for a decade.

Just another thought. The 4 over throws that Stokes got was touch and go for a run out if he hadn't had hit it. It was a cracking throw, looked like it was going to the keeper right next to the stumps! :)

Was the 6 that the player threw back to his team mate unlucky or bad misjudgment?

Nowt he could do about it. The lad he threw it to imediatelly called the 6 without waiting for the umpires or a TV check, which sums up the New Zealand ethos. They are serious competitors and want to win, but they play the game by the book and are sportsmen at heart. They would rather lose than cheat and that's what makes them different to their neighbours.

I have a lot of time for their cricket team in particular.

What a brilliant end to a thoroughly enjoyable tournament :) NZ played their part in an amazing game, and were magnanimous in defeat. Buzzing :D
