From what I saw of your defence last season yes. You would most probably got promoted with him in your side.

The thing is it is the same every season. Nobody knows how well the new players will gel. Will they all come back fit enough? Will your opponents have strengthened even more?
Conceded 47. Five ridiculous goals to your shower

I know it is. Not what I came on here for.

Was a good game to watch though. Had just about everything. Could have gone either way in the end.
The problem statistically wasn’t the defence. It was trading the top scorer away. He stayed and continued as he had, SAFC would have been promoted with five games to play

But you didn't pull away at any time. And like us didn't win games you should have.

Who do you blame for the end of last season? The manager?

Do you ever make comments about your football club? All I ever see is you making insults at others then making statements that are not true.

I suppose all clubs have people like yourself though.

One player and Burge more like ;)

Everyone knows. Not a hidden secret. Most on here know he trained with Derby.

He has been replaced by a more experienced player. But he is 32. So you get the better end of the deal.

I make no comments about Sunderland?

The players.

Coventry were never in any way close to even the play offs

SAFC lost 1 game between September and March. The goal scorer maja, had stayed and scored five more goals between January and May, safc would have been promoted

Too many draws, where a goal scorer at the rate he was scoring, would have made the difference

Maja wanted to leave, was set on it. Even told the manger a bunch of lies.
Now he's in France, not for long probably.

Bitterly disspointed in him, his agent...****!

I know that but it’s hypothetical chat. None of the other clubs lost their top scorer. That was the difference

[QUOTE="Astute, post: 30063972, memberist just a jealous knock at a better and bigger club than your shitty team[/QUOTE]
Seriously?
I can only think that you've either drank too much or got carried away in the argument.
You can't really believe it.

OK.

Lets start again.

What have I said stupid about Sunderland?

Exactly.

To be fair we’ve been inundated with Coventry acting like bellends on here.

A sizeable number of your away support were utterly disgraceful at our place last season, and bizarrely the majority of your fans have defended them including a pathetic “official” response from your club.

I hope your shitty little club goes bankrupt and we never have to hear your name again.

I’m someone who welcomes all away fans, and enjoy beers with fans from all teams. It’s only a game after all. However to put this simply for you. Coventry can get fucked.

I don’t understand what people don’t get about maja no player in the world would of stayed anywhere for the difference in the wages it wasn’t our choice to keep him !

On the flip side you could say if we had a good quality defender we’d of been able to see through a number of games that we went in the last 5 or so mins leading and probable been promoted and even with Maja in the side most games we were only tending to score 1

Exactly. Coventry were never anywhere near making the playoffs, they were shit. It's a wonder where their confidence is actually coming from. Their best player will be sold as well.
