NBA

Kawhi and Paul George to the clippers
Jesus Christ  as much as I’m a Lebron fan and want him to win more rings, I didn’t want the league to be dominated by another super team. The nba is so balanced now and is gonna be class for the next few years!

Lakers - Lebron and AD
Warriors - Klay and Steph
Nets - KD and Kyrie
Clippers - PG and Kawhi
Rockets - Harden and CP3
Pelicans - Zion and the young core

Genuinely excited

Rumours of Miami going after Westbrook! Please make it happen
I don’t think it works. Butler went there to be no.1, and have the ball/be the man. So why would they bring in arguable the most ball dominant player in the league  mad bastards if they do, plus that contract is shocking. 4 years left at 42mil. The only worse ones are John Wall and arguable CP3.

I think he may go Detroit. No team who’s challenging will go for him because you’re not winning a championship with his style of play. However it can put an average/ok team on the map and make them fun to watch.

Cant wait for the season to start . Lakers have done well filling out the roster after missing out on kaiwi .
Yeah I’m pleased they managed to get Boogie, I think he’s a very good player, still only about 28/29 and of course he knows AD well; and Green and Cook have both won Championships as bench players in the last few seasons.

Unfortunately, my other team (the Knicks - I know I shouldn’t follow 2 teams but i do) will be horrendous again this year.

The question is whether Boogie can be the player before his Achilles injury. Only time will tell.

Green wasn’t a bench player for Spurs or Raptors btw, and he’ll also start for the Lakers. There’s talk of Lebron playing PG, so a lineup of Lebron, Green, Kuzma, AD, Boogie. With the likes of Rondo, Avery Bradley, KCP, McGee etc. off the bench.

Everyone seems to be sleeping on Caruso. He finished last season very strong and could easily force his way into the rotation . Hes a good defender and his shooting has been improving steadily . He is not and never will be a star but could be a very solid role player .
He doesn't qualify for a two way contract anymore either so cant see why they would bring him back if they had no intention of playing him .
Can see us picking up melo on a vet min, be interesting to see if lebron can get anything out of him . If he cant no one can .

Caruso was solid last year. People sleeping on him because he looks like a supply teacher

I’d rather have Iggy/Korver over Melo

Not sure Iggy will get bought out he has some trade value and we have nothing left to trade . I'd like for melo to finally have a legitimate chance to win a ring before he hangs up his boots full time . If he could get you 8 to 10 points on limited minutes he would be decent . Give him minutes with ad or McGee to help with rim protection and it has a chance to work .

I’m still not convinced. Send him to the retirement home.

And rumours that CP3 is going straight to the Lakers
Considering OKC are in full rebuild I’d expect a buyout to happen. But surely he ain’t gonna take a huge drop in salary? That contract’s obscene. I get that no team is gonna pay him anywhere near that, but wouldn’t he get the minimum at LA?

Plus wouldn’t OKC need to pay like 80 mil to buy it out?!

No idea, I’m just repeating what Clutchpoints was reporting last night.
