Brighton debt makes the Sunderland debt (at its worst) seem puny. All cost of stadium and training ground though.

I think the Bournemouth wage bill is more than expected. More than they could afford (FFP) in the Championship.

Both clubs are very similar to Sunderland. Using the owner interest free loans as loopholes all good if the chairman doesn't get bored.

Difference is Ashley wants his money back so your debt is very real.

However I'd be anxious as Brighton and Bournemouth fans one relegation and they are essentially fucked.

I'm over the moon Rafa is gone. I wanted him out a long time ago. His football is mind numbing for most part.
He's used the fans to try and get what he wanted, on his terms, as if he ran the club.
