Jack Ross...16 Games Left As SAFC Manager?

My god if you really believe this then you need help
I called it ages ago. They didn’t want to go up this season

Im not. I only feel he should take a look at his coaching staff, of which he is one of them.

See who comes in and who he tries to release but im gonna shout my tits off as usual.......and no matter how disgruntled i wont boo, yes i may mutter and shake my head as i walk back over the town but thats it.
I don’t boo i just think it’s not acceptable how many times we went 1-0 down, especially at home, in the first half.

Yes it was so challenging that he got us second in the league with a game in hand with just 6 games to go and then blew it spectacularly - not once but twice. Last pre season is an excuse and not a very good one. We were well over that after the Rochdale game away.

no idea why this stuff gets churned out time after time. whats your excuse next season if and when he blows it? Another challenging season - in the 3rd division? At what point does this bloke gets sacked - ever?

for now he stays but make no mistake about it a failure to defeat Oxford at home in the first game of the season and his time will almost be over with us. He has zero excuses now, like the football club itself. They are both all out of excuses for failure at SAFC.

How has your life gone? Success after success, I’m
just guessing but you must be a CEO of a FTSE 250 business by now?

I’m guessing this based on your assumption of success of others

Agree Mr D, but it did not help some players. Feel Baldwin and Flanagan wanted to dig a hole and bury themselves at times.

Same with Wyke, he improved when folks started singing his name.

Some players lack confidence and booing just does not help

Yeah of course they didn’t want to go up!! You just keep listening to those voices in your head

He'll not see the end of September. I'm pleased we've got some tough games to start the season and would take a couple of defeats if it means he is sacked. How he survived after playoff final is beyond me and sums up the lack of ambition by the owners.

He should have been sacked within half an hour of the play off final. Genuinely amazed people have such misguided confidence in him.
I suppose we'll find out soon enough, I personally think he'll do the business this season.

So you want to see your team lose, FFS man, give your head a shake.

So Avatar is short out, now you want Ross out.....any chance you want SD and Charlie out as well ?

Manager should have got the chop befire the end of last season, when the rot set in, got somebody else in, could not have done any worse than Ross
Will he learn from his mistakes ?
I very much doubt it.

Yeah , the club was in turmoil, debted up to the eyeballs, or even above the eyebrows. Years of relegation fights and players (if you can call them that), refusing to play whilst picking up 70k wages. New owners come in and work hard sorting finances out. Manager moves down from Scotland with his family and has to adapt straight away and set about quickly assembling a team. Lot of the team were too good for Div 1 so he would have basics of good side........wrong, they were still reeling from relegation and had little confidence.

I hope to fuck he shoves it down the folk throats all over threads hoping he fails........

Yep cos thats normal behaviour- wait until right in the midst of a promotion battle- sack your manager.
FML.

Need to be a strong, resilient character to play for SAFC, Keane identified that immediately

We needed an experienced manager, not hope that he improves. Proven experience
