Rightmove Voyeurism

I do hate astroturf like. Cutting the grass is a pain in the arse, but my garden is full of life.

Besides, I used to work with someone who paid thousands to have his garden astroturfed and could not see why I was laughing when he said "well, with the dog mess, it is easy to pick up, but then you have to give it a bit of a hose down. Once it has dried off you do get bits of mud, leaves and debris on it, so we have an old vac and vacuum it to keep it looking good and stop seeds from weeds blowing on the breeze taking a hold. We will have to pay for it all to be done again in 10 years, but I don't have the hassle of cutting the grass"
A mate is one of the biggest sellers and importers of Astro turf from China. He wouldn’t have it. He reckons that in years to come it will be the reason for loads of diseases. The shit doesn’t run away. It is there hiding.

Is that an American term? I mean .1 for a toilet rather than calling it a toilet. Or is it just real estate agent talk?
When you look at houses online and say it has 3 full baths (toilet and a shower/bath) and 2 half baths (just toilet and sink) then it shows as a 3.2... It confused the buggery out of me when I first started in the industry.

Ha, you're a bloody estate agent.
Seriously I've never heard that before. Then again I rarely (never ) look at houses for sale.
