That's exactly my point mate, if it was going through and they wanted a big name manager, they wouldn't be giving rafa a huge contract, think about it logically....
they would have just binned him, his contract is up so wouldn't have cost old/new owners a penny to get rid, they would have just not offered a new deal to him

If I were a multi billionaire new owner I’d probably want Rafa in charge in the immediate term. Realistically who could they get who is better? (Not a dig at them btw, more praise toward Benitez).
