Seriously though if he doesn't agree a contract by the end of next week does it mean he's not turning up on Monday 1st July for training? Maybe Ashley will take training :lol::lol:
 
I think he's off.

If he was going to stick around then the club would've announced it already.

I reckon Rondon is the sticking point. Benitez wanting to make it permanent before signing. Club won't make signings until Benitez commits.
 
Newcastle aims under new ownership would be Mourhino etc. What would their managerial aim be should no takeover happen, and Rafa leaves?

Their business in the market will be the same if he stays or goes. The mags reckon he’s not in charge of transfers anyway.

Like it or not, the mags are still in a position to attract decent managers. Rafa isn’t any better than Pardew. I don’t want them relegated, I want them to float around, making up the numbers and take no interest in the cups, with only survival to look forward to. Rafa is perfect for that.

Whilst I think some mags over rate the fat fucker that is just ridiculous. Hes clearly a better manager than Pardew
 
From what I’ve read the offer to him from Ashley is the final offer and it doesn’t match what he’s asking for. If that’s the case he signs something he doesn’t agree to but then can have no complaints about any restraints he’s having to work under. Or, he’s off (unless there is a take over)

Can't help but disagree with that mind. Rafa has achieved so much more than pardew ever will. Aye he's been financially backed to do so, but really pardew wouldn't of matched the success with money behind him.

I’m on about his record at the mags.

I’m sure Pardew has a better win % ratio in the prem, spent less money and took them further in the cups.
