It seems that HMRC are still actively pursuing NUFC for systematic abuse of tax evasion and NI fraud . The
high court rejected their challenge over the seizure of documents, computers and other equipment.
If the Premier League take action against the club they could suffer points deductions and European cup expulsion, which won't effect them.
This action is slow moving and could easily deter new buyers.
Maybe Mike will be there for a while longer.

one of my mag mates shares their supporters groups posts on FB, some of them seriously need help like. one of them posted a picture of the sports direct signs getting took down, so they were all rejoicing, then someone pointed out that they were old pictures from the rugby match a while back, then someone else had been up to the ground and seen a skip full of what looked like sports direct signs, cue them all wetting their pants again. the same lad then kept going up to the ground the following days and taking pictures of empty skips and giving them all skip updates. the tension in the air for them with the new owners in at boiling point. pictures of camels with newcaslte tops on, pictures of some random arabs at heathrow that they are following around taking photos of with captions of 'this is happening'.
