Worked in call centres during my teens and early 20s. For the most part the ones that got team leader jobs were fine, I found acting team leaders and floor walker types to be massive jobsworths and crawlers.

There’s a lad I work with who runs to the boss about everything. Normally it’s to deflect shit from himself as he’s the first to get there and get his version of events out.
Its always trivial crap too just so he can point score (mainly because we don’t tell him anything so he doesn’t know what really goes on)

Did the floor walking stuff previously. Can confirm I wasn’t a massive crawler, just there a long time and decent at what I was doing.

However I do know the type. I know a few people in the same place who get the highest performance rating every year for basically doing nowt.

Their titles are still ‘telephony’ despite having never took a call in years...

Me too. Its not all of them that are like that, just a disproportionate amount.

Some of the newer Lenovo's are absolute pigs when performing SCCM imaging over LAN with the boot settings.

Just call the twat a 'grass' to their face, then shit in their desk drawer (this has probably been mentioned already but I haven't read the whole thread haha)
 
Never been aware of any snitches but have seen loads over the years who grease in - never been my style although I have related to all of the companies that I worked for and always worked very hard.
