He has annoyed quite a few with his comments about the fans when it would have been much more pr to keep his mouth shut ..he of all people should know what to say and when.People have spent a fortune to take themselves and family down for a second time in a short period,he has been very naïve to have a pop about the lack of fans and noise.Think he would have more important problems to address like the players not turning up yet again.
people have responded massively to his pied piper rally cries ....be interesting the reaction next time he speaks

Do you read the threads on here where fans say we have a divine right to not belong in this league? There was a massive thread when Barnsley got into the top 2 and posters thought it was ridiculous that they were above us. Why is it ridiculous? They finished above us last season so why not this season? I don't give a shit that Luton and Barnsley had a combined average home attendance lower than ours, they played better than us over the season and won more games than us, so yes they deserve to be a league above us, Charlton finished above us and beat us in the final, we're a league 1 club and deserve to be. Harsh reality needs to kick in.

:lol:. Tit. I couldn’t give a fuck who the owners are. I was a Sunderland supporter before they got here and will be long after they’ve gone. They’ll get criticism when they deserve it. Failure to get promotion this season warrants it. Pointing out Charlton were well supported on Sunday doesn’t.

I've said he was stupid to bring up the numbers on Sunday, but he was right about the noise. A poster I've been 'discussing' this with on here has already agreed that Charlton were louder, but that didn't suit his dislike of the tory ****.
