You should do a post about the implications of not going up next season, potential liquidation etc. Waken up those happy to sleepwalk into next season who think we will ‘piss the league’ with a manager who has clearly lost the plot.

Well, I can give you a starter for 10. That's not a potential outcome. We simply need to have sustainable overheads and wage costs in the context of our continuing income for whatever division we might happen to be in. At the moment, there are no charges over the club, and no evidence of external debt. There is no evidence that the club is failing to meet liabilities as they fall due.

We literally got worse when power went off and Morgan went on

I couldn’t disagree more, no idea who you would have played like
You are missing my point. The team sent out was the same as the one sent out for a 0 0 at Pompey. A set up that created no chances - do you disagree with that?

When I saw the way he had set it up my heart sank and I felt flat because I felt we were going into a play off final playing for 0-0. You cant disagree with that because thats how me and my mates felt. I think others will have felt the same and it offers an explanation for Methven's criticism of our fans.

I've heard plenty say we shouldn't be in this league because of the size of the club, including the lad interviewing CM.

That's a completely different thing to saying we deserve to go up because of the size of the club.

This is what it comes down to for me. I’ve no issue with our own fans calling out poor attendances or atmospheres cos they’ve lived the same 15 years we have.

CM has been here five minutes and he doesn’t understand this club or it’s fans despite his efforts to prove otherwise. That’s not a problem in itself but becomes one when he starts having a pop at us like he has now done three times.

Maybe it needs a fresh set of eyes to see and call things how they are? Lets be honest, failing to question our sometimes awful atmospheres and blowing smoke up the fans arses for two decades hasnt helped has it? He is accepting the criticism of himself and the management but if you are going to assess all the issues with the season then have the courage to assess all the issues rather than ignoring one just because it might be a bit uncomfortable.

Not sure about that

We lack quality going forward, that’s the reality, the squad is average and one paced

The reality is he should keep his mouth shut until he’s actually achieved something

The distance from The Valley to Wembley is about the same as it is from The Stadium of Light to Ashington.

Imagine if Wembley was that close for you, man  At least there wouldn't be this Trafalgar Square thing which I keep reading burned your fans out to the detriment of your support at the main event.

To do it once can be put down as naive but to have the feeling that going for it the night before hindered your level of support on the day and still do it again the next time you are down there is madness.

This isn't me pointing the finger at your fans, btw but there is this feeling on here that a lot of your more vocal support was fucked from effects the night before. Twice
