Seems straight forward enough but A4 size thats tiny.

Did they adhere to it at the checkatrade final?

Timing tight with having to pick tickets up at Wembley now and might not have time to drop overnight stuff at hotel before.

Given the current security risks you'll have no chance
 
Even for just the one night and nothing but a change of underwear, pho e chargers etc, I'd be hard pressed to fit everything into the A4 purse requirements of Wembley

A kind local coach driver may let you chuck it in the bus in the car parks
 
There are bag drop off points at the stadium not sure of costs etc, if you ask a steward they will let you know where they are.

How on earth can you not fit that into an A4 sized bag? You could literally fit that into your pockets of your jacket if you needed to.
 
Try Stasher if you need to find somewhere to leave your bag for a few hours.
Alternatively just ditch your old duds and socks and go bag free
 
11 x 8 x 8. To be fair that’s a reasonable size bag
