BT superfast usually has a minimum speed that they should be providing you. (it'll be in your initial sign up email)

If your not getting it you could always ask for compensation, that usually wakes them up a bit

That sounds expensive. We get broadband, entertainment pack with HD, BT sports and one mobile contract from them for about £50.

That sounds like a great offer. Please don't tell me that includes streaming sites, too as I may go even greener here. My latest telly package was 4,041 kroner for three months (plus 129 for Netflix and 99 for HBO Nordic monthly) and just short of 500 kroner for internet a month. Though that comes with an IP landline phone thingie, too. Maybe I should be looking into this a bit more.

That sounds like a great offer. Please don't tell me that includes streaming sites, too as I may go even greener here. My latest telly package was 4,041 kroner for three months (plus 129 for Netflix and 99 for HBO Nordic monthly) and just short of 500 kroner for internet a month. Though that comes with an IP landline phone thingie, too. Maybe I should be looking into this a bit more.

No streaming, we pay £9.99 for Netflix subscription for 5 users and 4K.

I get Super Fast blah blah, BtTv, t’interweb, phone etc for less than £50.

Got a text from Telstra (BT equivalent here) saying they were increasing my speed on cable free of charge. Just unplug and replug thr modem to take effect .

I was dubios so I tested before and after 11->75Mbps

Yeah that’s shit. Lots of providers will do a minimum speed guarantee. If you go on their website and put your details in they’ll tell you the minimum speed you’ll get and if you don’t you cancel your contract.

We had a minimum of something like 27 on a 35 plan with Plusnet.
