Knocked this up the other day. 1/2 sized classical turned into a U-bass. Piezo pickup and 3 band eq. Plays and sounds quite good. Has the sound of an upright bass.

With guitar and conversion kit came to about £70. Took about 2 hours to do and another hour tweaking to get rid of string buzz.

Nice , what strings are they ?

I've been recording some solos on my phone and I pad the last few weeks trying to cover a few different styles .
Not great sound quality like , couldn't be arsed to set proper recording gear up .

Beware of the wallpaper lol.

Publishers blocked your Hotel California vid! Great playing across the board @Ghost66

I’m in a dilemma this morning, been offered a beautiful Les Paul but my collection is now so ridiculous that I am guilting myself out of buying anymore. The GAS addiction is niggling away though and I recognise the signs, which usually mean that I lay out the cash not long later.:oops:

I got rid of some earlier in the year but have subsequently bought additional ones, three out, three in. When I look at what I have presently, I find myself not really wanting to sell what I have. I have been here before though and usually wake up one morning and decide that several must go.

If you ever decide to sell - Please advise via PM as may be interested. Are you in the NE?

Thanks , haha I know the feeling .

The sort of thing we do at work. Apologies if I shouldn’t post it on here. The workshops has an open door policy and you’re welcome to pop in and have a look around if you’re ever in the area -we might even get you winding some pick ups.
