I do think morpeth macken is very harsh on us, we are a medium sized club not tinpot as he says and do averate about 12-13000 at home (more than bournemouth in the prem) not 5000 as he states. Onwards and upwards

My boss is a sunderland fan and we have had some banter this season, she text me after we went up to say well done and i replied with gd luck in the playoffs u will smash it. All rhe best in the next few weeks, lets hope football is the winner and u of course.

It has been, i wasnt being patronising. Just look at the points tally. All 4 clubs have been decent and points show that.

Last night's result. Spilled a cup of coffee on my desk last night and killed the mouse. Keyboard decided to die this morning. Knocked the desktop plugging in the replacement, and it switched itself off and sulked for 5 minutes before deciding it would start up again. And then there are multiple fuckwits on here. So, yep, I'm in a bit of a gee this morning.

Fair dos to Barnsley, table doesn't lie.

2nd half at Oakwell is a perfect example of our season. We'd weathered the storm up to half time and had a gale force wind at our back for the 2nd half but we settled for a point and didn't really go for it. On the way out people were saying it's a good point but I thought then, and now, it was a chance missed.

If the roles were reversed, no way Barnsley would have settled.

Living in Yorkshire, I know a few Barnsley fans and I don't resent them their promotion one iota. I think they deserve it - they've lost key players at key times and yet still gone out and picked up important results when the pressure was on. I told their fans a few months ago that I thought they'd finish above us.

I think they'll do OK next season if they can keep manager and team together. I'd rather it was them and Luton, than Pompey & their scummy fans.
