Saw Greg Proops in Watford Comedy Club in about 1993/4/5 ish. He was horrifically unfunny. He was supporting Marc Lamarr, who was not only unfunny, but a massive bellend who offered one of the lads with us outside, once outside he proceeded to ask the bouncers to tw@t him. The soft Swindon $hit!Greg Proops was the boy on WLIIA, sad news about Tony Slattery mind.
He was still great in WLIIA, as was Mark Lamarr in Shooting stars and NMTB.Saw Greg Proops in Watford Comedy Club in about 1993/4/5 ish. He was horrifically unfunny. Must admit I could never really get away with WLIIA, but kept watching it, probably so I was seen as 'cool' at the time. John Sessions was probably my favourite on it. Agree about Shooting Stars but not so much about NMTB.He was still great in WLIIA, as was Mark Lamarr in Shooting stars and NMTB.
Was it the bit that read "his 10g of cocaine a day cost him £4,000 a week" that gave you the first clue to the amount, Pete, or your intimate knowledge of Class A drug prices in the 1990's?4 grand a week coke addiction
Hes must have been going through like 10 grams a day
