Took my lad to the museum before the match today -1st visit. Like a typical kid wanted to go the toilet. 3 lads where in there from pompey - one of them was going off on say we were a bunch of cnts and they were going to do Sunderland blah blah.

I pulled him - told him to watch his language in front of the boy and if wanted to carry on being a dick he should go outside and make his mouth go and someone will oblige him. Soon shut his mouth - his 2 mates looked somewhat embarrassed by him - he did apologise but thats not the point.

I think what people are saying is that based on their experiences Portsmouth seem to have a bigger percentage of knob heads compared to other clubs.

Well I’ve seen away fans in there on at least four occasions. Just small groups. It hasn’t been a problem tbh. I didn’t ask the Pompey fans how they got their tickets.

I’m from Newport and believe it or not Newport County and Pompey have been at it for nearly 40 years.
I’m on the wrong end of the ‘normal’ Supporters side when it comes to Newport and have crossed swords with Pompey a few times. They’re bully boys that are untouchable when there’s hundreds of em but in small numbers they’re complete shit houses. Today didn’t surprise me cos that’s what they do

Thing is mate, it's more than just a few though isn't it? There's A LOT of bell ends amongst your support. Which, considering the numbers you have, is a high ratio.

For what it’s worth the group of Pompey fans I helped find a cab after the match were sound. They reckon Lowe and your keeper (forgotten the name, sorry) may well be off if promotion isn’t achieved this summer, reckon that’s the case?

Like all clubs bud, you will have an element that wants to cause trouble and tarnish your club. What I will say however, is your fan base has changed since your premier league days. Today, you seemed to have a lot of Stone Island clad morons who were pretty intent on causing trouble.

Where I sit in the stadium, I can be out of the ground pretty quick and normally I encounter very few away fans. Today, I left as your players were applauding your support, yet outside there were loads of your lot already outside waiting for home fans. It has to be said mate, they weren’t kids either! Some of the Stone Island bunch were comfortably in their 50s.
