Game of Thrones season 8

I thought it was excellent. They've positioned everyone ready for the end game. Visually brilliant too. One criticism I've always had is that they don't give the scale of things justice compared to the books. I felt a real sense of the size of what they're putting together to fight.

The arial shot of Winterfell was canny, never seen it like that before.

Might be seb but the pattern on the wall made of dead bodies is the same as the one on the floor in S1 E1, is there any significance in that?

yes its been seen throughout but as to what it means???

canny new credits

Good episode like. No idea how tormund et al arrived at wherever they were. End of the last series he was on the wall as a dragon burnt it down.

Not getting my hopes up again for a tv finale , not after Lost. remember watching the last episode finish and thinking "what the fuck have I been watching this for"

Nowt wrong with the Lost finale imo. Did you want Jack and Kate to run off and live happily ever after? Now that would've been a shit finale.

Sansa gets on me nerves like. She clearly needed to grow a pair but she’s gone quite quickly from being a simpering airhead to the wisest bewer in Westeros and the way they constantly seem to pit her against Jon Snow is grating.

Can someone remind me why Jamie went north. Did he fall out with Cersei at the end of the last series, I can’t remember.

Funny how Bran can conveniently see the future when it’s needed, but then can’t seem to work it what the zombies’ plan is, or suggest the best way to combat them.

Eddie Izzard is a wanker like. Can’t believe Cersei broke him off a piece so willingly.

Aye. Cersei told Jon she'd send her army to help but never intended to. Jaime disagreed. They argued, She threatened Jaime, then he fucked off.

Been confirmed dead in the series
Was never seen on camera. We just saw Brien and him under the tree talking. You'd think the death of Stannis would be worth a scene.

Sometimes they bottle showing the details.
Stannis is dead.
In the books that irritating heffa Catelyn Stark is revived by Thoros. Thank Christ they skipped that in the series.

Cersei has told Jamie she's up the duff. Euron doesn't know this. It isn't a massive stretch to think this may be a tactic of some sort. I don't know why you bother watching this mind. You hate nearly everything about it.
