London Climate Disruption

Seems to be a lot of vandalism and certainly not peaceful. Round them up and shoot them if they aren't capable of protesting peacefully

Last year during the climate change protests one of the memorials on whitehall was graffitied, think it was the women in war memorial but might be wrong about that.

What rights are you seeking to deny here?
Those to:

Protest
Live

Or do you deny Global Warming is real?

Right to protest isn’t an absolute right so it can be denied, as can right to life.

I wouldn't describe that as denying someone the right to life.
It is just that the right to life of others when threatened must be upheld.

They are being killed, that is denying them their right to life.

Before you start spouting bollocks about something you know the square root of fuck all about have a look up of absolute, qualified and limited rights under the Human Rights Act.

Police do not have the right to decide to deny people the right to life.
They have the duty to preserve life.

If you can't see the difference you need to have a quiet moment to reflect

Whether you like it or not they do, it is then upto a coroner or inquest to decide if the taking of that life was lawful.

You need to have a read up on things before offering your opinion.

Is there any kind of consideration for emergency vehicles?

Last year an ambulance was trying to get through one of their blockades. They held a vote to see if they should allow it through, there was then a series of following votes to decide if the initial vite was fair and representative, Brexit has nothing on these lot!!
The ambulance did get through after 45 minutes though

No whether you like it or not the police are invested with the duty to preserve life not to deny life. That is not semantics. It is important law.

Right to life is not absolute, are you denying this or just doing your usual thing of arguing about something you don’t know about?

Like I said have a read of the human rights act, you might educate yourself.

I didn’t say they had the right to deny life. I said the right to life is not absolute and so can be legally violated, a firearms officer was an example I gave. Another example would be a health trust refusing to fund life saving treatment to someone.

Like I have said several times now, read up on things before trying to give your ill informed opinion.

Given that the UK's emissions account for less than 1% of the total, then even if we reverted to a pre-industrial society and let the tens of millions of people die which that would entail, it would make absolutely zero difference to climate change whether it is a theory you believe in or not.

You can't grasp a basic concept so I dread to think what you make of a whole treatise.

Police are not invested with the right to deny life they have a duty to preserve life.

Let that sink in.

I take it you still haven’t read up on the HRA yet then? Do that then you will see where your argument falls down spectacularly.
