British Isis schoolgirl wants to return to UK

If she was likely to do that she'd already have been strapped up.

I would hope you were right, but the fact there is a risk (the extent of her radicalisation and Isis involvement is unknown) makes the likelihood an unknown.

Chuck in her initial lack of remorse about her time there and I have my doubts. I think one less on a watchlist would aid the Security Services too.

It looks like she's got legal aid to appeal.

It seems as her last baby was born before she was stripped of British citizenship and was therefore born a British national, even if the baby has died she was still the mother of a British national at the time of the decision. Therefore she apparently remains eligible for assistance.

Can any legal types clarify this as it seems we have a loophole in the law she's able to exploit?
