There’s was loads of coppers in the away end and I still saw stuff getting thrown over. How is that the owners fault? I couldn’t see them doing anything about it...apart from taking that Mag top from that sad twat in the second half.

Thing is, when it was getting out of hand, the police could have called in more units and stood along the front of the away fans. They were not interested in the slightest

How is it not their fault? They are head of the club and responsible for the safety of our fans, this wasn't done today.

I put the bairn on my knee in front of me. He didn't really know what was going on but someone near me was going absolutely mental as he got hit with something.
 
I was in the NEC High up so had pretty much a birds eye view of it all game. Absolutly scandalous behaviour. Fair play to the North stand like kicked off multiple times and have no doubt there would of been hell on if they had been in the same tier. At one point the two orange stewards in the middle of the upper were shouting back at the North stand as if they couldn't do anything about it. I couldnt believe what I was seeing. Everyone in the middle blocks of the North stand seemed to react as one in fury at these idiotic stewards.


The police let a group of stone island dressed cov fans take the lower blocks in the upper and didn't put a police presence Infront of them until it really blew up around 75 mins which was astonishing to see. Inept policing at its best.

Scum of the earth as we know coventry.

That's a disgrace in this day and age.

Fuckers had done that back in the mid-70s they' be getting tossed off the top of the stands. being allowed to get away with it is on the hands of police and stewards. They want to revert to people taking things into their own hands than just keep ignoring this shite and it'll happen soon enough

I was in the north east corner with my Mrs & kids, luckily nothing landed on us but we saw a number of objects thrown throughout the game & it didnt make pleasant viewing. We almost went in the north stand today as well. The police & stewards were useless. Do we complain to the club, the football league, independent police complaints commission or someone else? I'm not sure what the appropriate channels are but this kind of thing cant be allowed to happen again. Someone could get seriously hurt, I just hope nobody did today

Stewards too busy doing more important stuff like stopping young bairns from changing seats to the north stand at half time marra.

If you were in the north stand you’d understand. Wasn’t just a few missiles. Must have been in the order of 50+ thrown every time they scored a goal. My daughter didn’t feel safe. Young lass about 10 behind us looked terrified and left after half time, plenty of kids hit with things, crying due to the ongoing issue and all the while there was 15 plod sat on their arses in the access tunnel near the NWC picking their noses and abusing our fans who dared complain.
