I've done a search but can’t find any mention of this Netflix series

I’m not a particular fan of Ricky Gervais - since The Office - but I’d highly recommend this.

Excellently written, witty, thought provoking etc. Good acting.

It veers towards maudlin and sentimental occasionally but it’s actually quite life affirming in the end.

Seb but yes up to Ricky the Marmite comedian /actor /writer /singer usual high standard
Very watchable ,the nice sunshine dressed view of England reminded me of his film Cemetery junction which is great

Turned our lass into a bi polar mess, laughing her tits one minute then in floods of tears the next. It was an excellent watch like.

I really enjoyed it until the last episode , which felt like it was written for an American audience.
Some genuinely funny and moving parts in it, though didn’t particularly like the camcorder bits with his wife in

Is there one?

The very clever but exceedingly obvious phrasing of the programme title would indicate that the writer - as well as the main character - does not believe in an Afterlife (hence After Life) and that we should be kind to one another in the time we have available to us.

Hope this helps
