I envy you... there are much better TV shows or series out there, and you can still go and watch and enjoy them
Game of Thrones is probably a huge hype and has had tons of press... but best TV show ever?... NO
 
Game Of Thrones is great, but there were long plotlines I found dull as dishwater (Aria and the many faced God, Bran stuck in the tree) that prevent it being the best show ever.
Dexter would have been in with a shout if it had tied things up in series 4, but went downhill after that and had a terrible final season.

Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul are up there for me, (even if The Fly episode of BB was shit): just cracking dramas.

As for TV comedies, you'd struggle to better Fawlty Towers, The Office, Blackadders 2 and 4 and the first series in particular of I'm Alan Partridge, all of which I'd struggle to pick a favourite from.

terrible overhyped series... in a lot of ways it reminds me of current media favourite (Walking Dead) … in decades to come some will make similar connection concerning a series that outran its popularity... for record, I gave up with Walking Dead after they left the prison (the governer?) as by then it was 'walking around in circles and making it up as they went along' mode, without having to invest in any proper budget ;)
 
Any show that doesn't involve someone being murdered weekly then someone trying to figure out who killed them. Done to death
