I can confirm that they are a fuck on to cancel. I suppose it just depends on if you're lucky and call them at a quiet time but every time I attempted to call I was always past number thirty in the queue.

The beers are expensive as well but they do have some good ones. In conclusion... 5/10.
 


Just cancelled. Only waited on hold 5 mins thankfully. The bloke I spoke to got a little upset I was leaving and asked if I’d stay as they rely on subscriptions and if people cancel could leave them out of a job :rolleyes: bit pathetic begging like.

Someone from the EE call centre said "Come on mate you afford £15 a month? Haha" when they rang up to ask if I wanted to get one of their dongles for internet on-the-go. I called him a cheeky little **** and hung up.

Sky rang me the other day trying to sell me a tablet and when I said I weren’t interested they were like: “really? Wow”
