I don't really like cheesy chips but this is something else; try it!Cheese, chips and gravy? Sounds like one too many ingredients.
I do, but Wyke farm vintage is more available.I get the feeling some people on here don't know what cheese curds are.
Yep, from the late 50's and it was in Goose Bay that I first tried it.Canadian innit?

Never had it when I was there- sister reckoned it was rank. I’ll give it a go when I’m over in the summer.Yep, from the late 50's and it was in Goose Bay that I first tried it.
It kinda is what it is; real cheddar beats curds anydayHad some in Montreal this year... wasn’t blown away tbh
It sure does like; mine wasn't shite though @Epping, but if you use crap cheese and smart price gravy then its easy to mess up.one of a select bunch of meals that looks like you just puked it onto the plate before you have actually eaten it
Hand crafted chips in a real chip pan is a must, can't beat them.Only if it's done right, proper crispy chips, sweet gravy and squeaky cheese curds, not mozzarella or any other kind of cheese.
