Not guilty

Are they a danger to society? If so then yes, the prison system is there to protect the public and to help educate the prisoner so they can rejoin society normally.

If they’re suicidal and a danger to themselves then they need help in different ways.
I don't follow? You're saying that someone who has a mental health problem that could pose a risk to others should go to prison for help as opposed to a secure hosptial, but someone with a mental health problem that puts themselves at risk should get help from elsewhere?

Do they both need help forever though, just in case they "snap" again resulting in the death of someone?

He is saying those who are a danger to themselves (threatening suicide) are different to those who are a danger to others (threatening murder). I think.

He obviously had (has) serious issues but in cases as severe as this you wonder what sort of rehabilitation or treatment can succeed.

So he admitted the following long before:

That he stalked people

That he tricked people into trusting him whilst secretly wanting to do them serious harm

That he harmed animals

That he would murder someone

And yet he's still left to wander the streets ffs.

People like that need locking away as they are fucked up.
Where if there’s no beds?

I believe he is genuinely mentally ill. I have little time or patience for badly informed people who just want to push an attention-seeking agenda that runs contrary to clearly stated fact.
So do you believe his "I can't remember" story? Simple question, yes or no?

Absolutely no rage whatsoever there mate.
Well I'm glad. You called me a WUM so I thought you were wound up, that wasn't my intention. I simply don't believe his story. I believe he has mental issues, but I think he's playing on that fact to get a more lenient sentence. I don't see how that's being a WUM.

I’d say it’s your general persona on here to be a WUM. Quite clearly evident from your posting history there mate.
