I wouldn't commit to going to the cinema if there's nowt on worth seeing like. Probably should have started with finding a film you're interested in and then suggesting the cinema to the other half there mate.

More seriously, Friday's on odd day as it's when the new releases arrive but I'd guess that most Oscar winners will be doing the rounds still. The big new releases look to be Fighting with My Family (starring Dwayne Johnson) and The Aftermath (a post WW2 drama starring Keira Knightley).
