Think he played ok from what I remember. My main memory was that we allowed Barton to get into our heads when he asked to swap ends etc.

I also remember telling my missus his story and saying “expect the booing when his name comes up” and......nothing. Not a sound.

Now all of a sudden he’s public enemy number 1.

One possible reading of the second jury's verdict is that what happened was consensual. In that case, would you also consider the girl to be "scum"? And should she also be denied employment opportunities because of what she did?
 
Would these same people who are defending this pricks behaviour be happy to take Adam Johnson back as he has served his debt to society and should be free work again?

Another idiot ffs , Johnson was found guilty ? This guy was eventually found innocent , was wrongly accused of s crime he didn’t commit but let’s just ignore that and call him scum eh ?
