have you ever been in the one further along from the garter, think its the clock or something? opposite side near cafe nero? There’s some topper ones round the grainger market, proper old style rough boozers.
Our lass prefers me to go to the bar. If we aren't in sync then it's anarchy. Why would you go twice as often?

Imagining sending your lass to a packed bar to get your pint DM man. Would be ridiculous.I reckon Moo is a gentleman who goes to the bar for his lady.
One drink one pub remember? Our lass prefers me to go to the bar. If we aren't in sync then it's anarchy.
So they have to drink at your pace? Fair enough. One drink one pub remember?

Started at 11am at Bristol airport and had a steady drink till I/we went mad in the free hotel bar (I had to get him a small bottle of jaeger to take in as he doesn’t like lager or wine).
He couldn’t touch his first pint in the colliery tavern Saturday lunchtime mind
He never got asked his age once - are you not that hot on it up there?[/QUOTE
Nah mate it's positively encouraged (seriously)
Difficult to say but I'll go for DMs cos he's more likely to get upsetSo, who’s going to be the winner between @dangermows and @obrienobrien?
Pacific, Huxters (not called that anymore), Sgt Peppers, The Hancock(????), Crows Nest (???), The Goose , the Labour Club, all the scratty bars round by The Gate, then down to The Forth, The Town Wall, and the bar in the station. Some cans from Sainsburys for the train or metro home.
Mario Kart the next day.
Wow is it still called The Crow's Nest? Or has a new one opened with same name? My great grandad used to call that one "The $hit and Twigs" in the 60s.
Perhaps he preferred it when it was called bar oz during the war... bet the wooden red indian at the bar was from that era...Why?
That’s what a crows nest comprises.Why?
