Sign players for the league you’re in. Simple as that. Just ensure they are a on a relatively low wage and a good age so they can be moved on.

That's not a transfer policy... We need to sign random people from the French league. Then renew their contract after playing well for 3 months at 10 times their origional wage. Or we could sign old Man United players on large wages. That's how you run a football club.... oh and remember to have a net spend that people will be jealous of.
