Any tips for starting with SAFC? Who to sign and who to sell? And formations?

I mean I had Alexander Isak on loan I was still mid table ffs

Anyone else the same as me in this scenario...

-At the end of my last save I was beating everyone, won away at Man Utd etc. Save it and go off
-Load the game up next time & go on an 8 game winless run, save it and go off. Drawing with shite teams can't score for toffee.
-Play it next day & in first game win 2-0 away at Arsenal.

f***ing joke really. Feel like reloading my game every time I lose/draw the first game of my session!

Aye this happens on my saves sometimes can be absolutely flying save the game then load it the next day and it’s as if Moyes has taken charge ... Save and load again and we’re like City again

Lucas Piazon from Chelsea only cost me £450k also get Robbie Keane up to Seaham Hall with Bassong too on frees. Look at the loan market from PL clubs Dowell, Galloway (anar) and Baningime were class for me

I'm a fair few seasons in now (started conference north, promoted every year to CH, won CH second year after losing in Play offs) so there's just a bunch of rapid regens running about for every team. Anyways...

All this has meant all of a sudden every game I play my assistant is telling me I'm struggling for posession in the oppositions half. I've had loads of working tactics that don't work at all now & i'm really struggling to get anything going in league this year. Played 10 won 1 p19. I'm beating everyone in europa league but feel like I've completely bottomed out in prem and have no idea how to fix it.

Any ideas on how to force your team to play more in the oppositions half?

Started a new game with Sunderland a few days back and starting to find it a bit too easy at the minute. Played 20 games in all competitions so far and won them all, scoring 59 goals in the process

Got 9 hours in so far today. Unbeaten in 12 league games and 4 points clear with the lads but got knocked out of the league cup by Bury.

Now that 2019 is here. It still doesn't make me want to buy it. This game pisses me off like no other. Especially when managing Sunderland.

Went with sortitoutsi, had to pay like but £10 year is worth it when these people do all this stuff in their spare time. Need to get kits and some of the proper club names sorted.

Struggling with players moaning about too much strength training but don't see where it can be? Can't even see owt set up at all.

Bought this the other day, didn’t play 18 so this is the first one for a couple of years for me. Only played a couple of preseason games so far but one thing I’m struggling with is just how bad the interface is at times, the menu screen when you open up the game is laughably bad and there’s other areas that just look completely amateurish.

Still on my first save from the beta version and finally won the Premier league with the lads, took till 2026 but what a way to win it.

Was level on points with Liverpool going into the final day, they won 5-2, i smashed the mags 5-0 and won it with a goal difference of +3
