AJ knocked Klit out cold. If you are going to argue that Fury schooled Wilder despite two knock downs then surely AJ getting up to smash Klit is far more impressive? He didnt wait for the judges decision.

Fury has just been dropped by the only two clean punches landed by Wilder, AJ will get through far more often than a windmiller like Wilder. AJ is technically hugely superior to Wilder and hits hard, he also has great stamina for a huge bloke. At times Wilder looked spent in there after a flurry of punches, AJ will not be gassing like that.

Fury shook Wilder several times as did Ortiz, neither are massive punchers. AJ is a lean 18st and heavy handed, when he lands punches on Wilders chin he will step in with a flurry of big bombs.

AJ is also still learning his game, he will improve, neither Fury or Wilder are going to get any better at this stage of their careers. He is not the finished article but will unify the title....Biggest threat is Fury not Wilder but he will be knocked out. Furys only chance is to try and take it to points, certainly his lack of power will mean AJ can take chances to land.
Tbh i just hope that AJ and his team agree to fight the winner of the rematch, it needs to happen for AJ to prove he's the best and for boxing in general.

Not sure if possible but does anyone have how many punches wilder threw in the first 4 rounds? I'm at a loss to fathom out the scorecard

Clearly a fixed card.

It's getting to the point now that everyone knows the home fighter won't lose on the cards in Las Vegas unless he's knocked out or given a right old schooling.

Kovalev/Ward first fight, Golovkin/Canelo first fight, the judge who gave Canelo a draw against Mayweather and now this, and there'll be loads more. Corrupt, mate.

Lennox Lewis called it, said after the fight before the decision that he won't get the decision - a man who clearly knows how boxing works behind closed doors.

Fury made an absolute mug of Wilder to the point where Wilder looked like he was scrapping in the street at 3 in the morning after too much beer and a sub-standard kebab. In terms of boxing ability they looked world's apart, and Wilder had nothing when he couldn't unload his big right hand, absolutely nothing at all.

A travesty of a decision really, there's no point Fury going back over there to fight him.

That second knock down, he must have been out cold for 4 of the ten seconds, got up off the mat, and dominated the rest of the round. A great effort from fury, but shows you how poor Wilder is. He should have finished it there, and now we know why his trainer has had him fighting bums all these years. I was wrong about him, I thought he was better than that but actually he is the poorest heavyweight champion in history, on that performance.

Out cold? It would have been stopped I would of thought.

Was in Los Angeles wasn't it?

For all the criticism of Fury having boring fights my heart was racing when he went down at the end :)

Thought the first 3 were close but 115-111 is a disgrace. Suppose Fury comes out the big winner though, won a lot of people over and proved himself with that performance

I wonder if fury has got the bug back. Imagine another 3 or 4 month camp .Sharper, fitter etc. I hope he doesn't go away and hit the bottom again.
He wants to have a holiday, enjoy Christmas with his family and then reevaluate in the new year by the sounds of things. I think he'll be okay, he just has to stay focused and happy.

Hope so. Just hope he doesn't go away and reflect and think what might have been. I don't feel as if Wilders team will rematch and if they do it will be in America. Warren doesn't have enough pull to make demands and call the shots

Hopefully he stays in the gym in some capacity mind. Last night wasn't even the best Tyson Fury imo.

Absolutely not. I thought he would have counter far more often. There was plenty of opportunities too.
