Gammon-Watch: Jamesons , Sunderland - Thu 6th Dec

Not at all, I thought we had David Davis negotiating. She removed him and then got in Raab, when he got a different deal she removed him too.

The tories need to remove her and hand it to the ERG.
Why, that wasn't on the ballot paper, it just said leave - which she is doing.

Remainers asked for all the details 2 years ago and leavers couldn't come up with them, now TM has got some details you've realised the details do matter.

I think you've confused my posts, I no doubt will have contributed so I tried to clarify once and for all what I meant in the last post.

I was just relaying events with Raab, my point was that she got rid of him because she obviously has her mind set on what she wants and couldn't give a shit if people disagree with her.
Well I disagree. Raab resigned because he knew he couldn't get a better deal and he also knew the deal on offer was utter shit. If he felt he could have got a better deal he wouldn't have resigned in the first place and he would now be saying to the UK public "this is what you could have had".

The bit I highlighted in bold. Is not true.
by default it is, if you didn't want parliament to have the vote or a 2nd referendum, all that is left is the government deciding which is what has happened.

If May's deal gets approved, we'll be leaving and we'll get the £350m a week for NHS and control of borders won't we??? ;)

My parents used to run pubs and they were in the vicinity of wetherspoons at times, they and others had nothing but praise for them. I think some people's negativity towards the man or spoons the company is based around the idea of starbucks as an example, where a company turns up with mass produced products, sells them dirt cheap to eliminate the competition and then takes over the area.

I've read plenty of Tim's articles about the pub trade and he's always been honest, the local pubs need wetherspoons sometimes, but equally spoons needs them. They all have to work together to make a success of public houses in the area

The reason they are successful is quite simple, their pubs are the cleanest, serve the best beer, have the best service standards and keep on top of all the maintenance.

They employ local people and develop great teams of staff that work hard for each other. Worth noting each of the pubs raise a lot of money for charity each year also.

In a nut shell, JD Wetherspoons is one of the most successful UK retail business models in modern times.

That's a bit of a twisting of events. I expected the deal to be a compromise but atleast allow us to leave the single market. This deal only allows for that if the EU accept it. It's easier to leave the EU now then it will be in this new deal.

This is the equivalent of may taking the remain vote and saying we now should join the Euro. It's way way way out of the league of what we were expecting.

 no

True and on top of that they have publicity campaigns like lowering the hospitality VAT rate for a day. This helps other businesses as well but they might not have enough capital to be able to afford such a protest.

As it's entirety possible for a black man to be an advocare for white supremacy, the answer to your question is yes.

To be more specific, can a black man exhibit a jowly, wobbly, fat ham remenicisent head? Yes. So... Yes.

That's because you stink, mate. Of shit.
But black person can't be white... unless they are michael jackson.... so the gammon term does not really apply.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say here. It seems as if you think Raab had some great idea that he proposed to the EU and May and both the EU and May knocked it back and you think May should have backed Raab's plan and tried to get the EU to agree?

Also, as well as all that you have no idea what Raab's plan was anyway?

Is my assumption of your point correct?

Whatever his idea of the way forward was it was obviously very different to Mays. It's obvious May has at best been weak as piss and at worst colluded with the EU, gone about the whole thing the wrong way from start to finish. The blokes that resigned have at least had some dignity to do so and not just go along with any old shit.

Honestly if someone said this is the EU's opening deal I would believe them.

Raab won't have had a different plan other than "no deal" otherwise he would have came out and said it.

His negotiating strategy no doubt amounted to little more than waiting for the EU to offer us a great deal because he probably still believed they need us more than we need them.

Ffs , do you not know what the EU have offered previously? They've offered other deals that have been turned down.
