Looking for a bit of advice. A close friend of mine is Spanish and I have been invited to his wedding in Spain.

Does anyone know what is considered an appropriate wedding gift in Spain?

Naturally I'll be testing out his wife for him so it need not be suggested. Already ahead of you all.

It's what they do in Spain, all the guests file past the couple and slip them an envelope so he should be alright.

150 euros per person is the standard gift over here mate.

It's ridiculous and it's why I hate getting invites invited to weddings
