Why on earth would Liverpool and Everton fans want to go shop shouting

Its f***ing ludicrous.

Scousers, known for their militancy and standing up against authoritarian oppression, will rise up, rip the sheets off the beds take to the streets and stand shoulder to shoulder with their oppressed northern brethren against the barbaric injustice of net spend

Can somebody explain to me what they are protesting about and what they actually want?
Their nasty owner pays a world class manager a fortune to manage them, but doesn’t give said manager enough money to buy the world class players he needs to get them to their rightful position as champions of Europe. I think is the main gripe. For the avoidance of doubt, they are perfectly content that the world class manager can’t get a tune out of the squad he has assembled and none of the mess they are in is any of his fault also they are not acting like spoilt bairns in case you might have been thinking that

They want Ashley to sell the club, which hes actively trying to do.

Or they want him to invest in the club, which the slightest look at the accounts from the year they got relegated shows he did.

So theyre morons.

Hope this helps
Or do they want an owner who will structure them so that they are in no danger of going bankrupt?

Boycotts sound like a great idea but they don't work. There are too many folks who won't miss a game so you end up with a shit crowd and look worse in the public eye.

Why don't the morons realise there's nothing they can do if faced with an owner who really doesn't care what they think.
I have to agree with you. No point whatsoever not going into a game that you have paid for. I have said this repeatedly, the only thing he understands is money not coming in. So the obvious thing to do is to not renew.

That's a big ask so why not do something that is achievable. Boycott an away game. Tough on the home club but an empty away end shows intent. If drawn at home in the cup boycott that.

But it's never going to happen. For far too many going to the game is a ritual of having a pissup before and after and they are not going to give that up.

And how has them demanding the owner do as they want panned out for them previously? Maybe there are examples - like when they first got their world class manager, or perhaps demanded the return of a previous manager or even a fans favourite ex-player?

They’re pissed off cos they’re bottom and they’re boring as fck.
But they’ve backed themselves into a corner with Rafa cos he was once a decent boring manager. So instead they’ve come up with some convoluted bullshit about how terribly capitalist modern football is and how they should spend more money...!? Er, actually I’ve lost my train of thought here  whole thing makes no sense!

Oh and seeing as the scousers are riding high with the gurning German I don’t see them getting too angry about the mags so called plight!:D

What do you actually want him to do differently?

What I wouldn't do if it was my money, be competitive even if that means it costs him money. I don't expect him to fund them to go head to toe with the oil billionaires but the aspiration has to be more than to simply survive.
