Night in, cooking. Did a rack of lamb which had been marinated in honey, pomegranate molasses and rose harrisa cooked on a wood grill. Homemade flatbreads. Cous cous with a sauce over it consisting of butter, rose harrisa, zaatar and baby plum toms. All sprinkled with spring onion and pomegranate seeds. Couple bottles of red
