He was a huge success at Real mind.
and at the mags

I seriously think that chopping and changing managers doesn't help. It papers over the cracks for a short time but ultimately you end up going through the same rinse and repeat cycle until the whole thing comes crashing down around you. Then, when you've hit rock bottom, you get someone in who starts to look good but as soon as the club goes up a level the results tail off and the fans want a change again. It's an insane approach.

Benitez has been successful everywhere. There's no reason why he can't repeat that at Newcastle given an appropriate level of financial support. Loans of sicknotes from relegated clubs brought in at the last minute is not an appropriate level of support.
ok seriously, how many brighton players would make your starting eleven?

It's all relative. Survival for a yo-yo club like NUFC would be considered a success, he over achieved last season.

I thought Rondon was one of Benítez’s top striker targets?
If anything you should be grateful that those above him vetoed spending the £16m odd he wanted to on him.

I absolutely agree with you - for the good of football it’s vital you keep him

Not so sure his stints at Real Madrid or Inter Milan would be considered particularly successful

Class, another forensic analysis of Rafa Benitez’s managerial record on the way.

There’ll be the same a few pages back, seems a waste of bandwidth to go over it again.

‘Your posts are a waste of bandwidth lol’
