He was the commentator for it. He’s making it into the "big time" as a youtuber now and even had Robbie Williams appear on his show (although that more shows how Robbie’s fallen). Can’t fault him for having made a career out of it like.
Has he shed his "True Geordie" persona like a snake shedding a grubby, gravy-stained skin ?

I bet there's loads thinking it tbh.
Collectively its been a wash out. Nobody has done well this season. On the back of a decent season things have regressed.
The players don't look good, the tactics have been wrong in certain games, and the transfer policy and issues with the bonus sheets have all came together to bring us to this.
Doesn't look like we've got a series of wins in the team. Can't see a run of 5 or 6 games where we'd lose only one and get wins and draws in the rest.
Even if Benitez was sacked, nobody any good will come in. And even if survival is achieved, Benitez still leaves at the end of the season, and the cycle starts again. The remit of the club is solely to exist in the premier league and not over exert itself by doing well. Everything on the cheap, corners cut as much as possible and hope it pays off.
Are the masses turning!?

Nah,nah...give the Op his due. Brucie did finish tenth on the very last day of the season with us , similar to the FSW last season at the mags. Bit of a trend there I'm thinking:p
Or Jack Carver could hoy FSW & Bruce off the former Get Carter car park in Gatesheed. Or they could sumo it out. Just thoughts, options, dredged grim that endless source of mindless fun from the bottomless pit of mag-based mirth.

I sat and watched Jeff Stelling crying his heart out anytime there was a report from the Cathedral on the Hill. Closet Mag who does not like us.
Dunno about that. I met him back in June and he was very complimentary about us, didn't have a bad word to say about us

They find themselves in the same position we found ourselves in under Moyes/Short in our final season.

Owner who can't /won't spend .
Manager who's had his day and looks to blame others for his shortcomings.
Very average players on good money who they can't shift and are stuck with.

They won't move out of the bottom 3 all season .

It would be class watching him whinge in a years time that they never accepted him because he’s from Corbridge
