Man in the High Castle

HD version are out on the usual places. Can't see any UHD though

You know, I typed that, then remembered I actually HAVE Amazon Prime!
I'm in a minority group marra as I pay to watch TV. I'm quite lazy and have never really explored the alternatives. I've dabbled with Kodi and had a zgemma box until they went tit's up, but someone else set it all up for me.

I stuck with it through S1 but couldn't be arsed with S2 like. Doubt I'll watch s3. It's an ok show but nowt special. There's a lot better out there if you want something to watch.

I agree that there's better, but I like it. There's enough going on to keep my interest and I like the alternative plot line. What do you recommend marra?

Something recent? Maniac was ok but Jonah Hill is a bit annoying. I've just finished bingewatching Lost, was pretty good actually, better than I remembered it.
I was going to give Maniac a go after I've finished Ozark (worth a watch if you haven't already). A few people have said it's a bit wtf is going on though.

Those people must be brainlets man. It's easy to follow.

I couldn't get into Ozark. I tried but just couldn't. I'm very picky

You sound like our lass man Dagzd. She comes out with "I can't get away with this" after the opening scene.
I quit The Sopranos years ago after 20 minutes. "It's a f***ing womans melodrama this shit man" was my reaction at the time. I did the same with The Wire. Both are now in my top 5 shows.

Have you seen The Knick? That's canny. Quarry wasn't bad either.

the problem i had with it is that it just plops you down in this world where the Nazis / japanese have won with no real thoughts or explanations of how they got there

in AH, its the 'how did it happen' that i find more interesting than the 'and now...'
That’s what I loved about it, ‘this is what’s happening deal with it’ kinda style.

Isn't that the point of the show ?
